Oxygen burning lance equipment

Enables the cutting of virtually any material, including metallic, iron, steel, cast or mineral, such as rock or concrete, under all conditions at a working temperature of up to 2,700 ° C.

Oxygen injection lance equipments

For blowing in powdered ingredients into metal melts and liquid slags for rapid reaction within the metallurgical process.

Carbon powder injection lance equipment

For the injection of fine coal into the blast furnace to reduce coal consumption during the production of pig iron.

Multiple tested

Combustion and injection lance equipment has been tested by the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) for conformity with the worldwide applicable oxygen directives. The complete program complies with the relevant national safety standards and all European directives (CE mark).

Optimal material

All metallic, oxygen conducting parts are made of brass, copper or stainless steel. For seals and hoses, exclusively tested flame-retardant and self-extinguishing VITON or NEOPRENE mixtures are processed in the oxygen Domain.

Standard thread

All connection threads are Whitworth pipe threads according to EN ISO 228-1. These are adapted to the respective national thread standards. As far as technically possible, the threads are sealed by means of nut and cone, otherwise flat-sealing with a copper seal. .

Minimum pressure loss

The working pressure specified for the oxygen fittings of 40 bar/ 580 psi max. is to be understood as a maximum limit. For safety reasons we recommend a working pressure of 8-12 bar/ 115-175 psi.
